My goal here is to share what has worked for ME, which may or may not work for you. I am not a nutritionist or a dietician – but I have learned many things over my many years of trial & error. Even if the foods I share aren’t for you, I hope they encourage you to try something new and investigate what makes your body feel and function at its absolute best.
